You are limited to three or maybe four colours. Under File menu you see "replace current subpic with BMP file" - which would be your logo graphic. I haven't done this, but I think it will work: Creating the logo as a transparent subtitle would be an option this is a one of disc that would be useless for anybody else so nobody would need to extract the logo.
